I prefer to work with creative people doing disruptive things.  Food, business, and craftsmanship. 

Creating new paradigms, challenging assumptions and finding profits where others don’t is what drives me. It is my ambition to create projects and teams that set those types of goals. Furthermore, I want to learn and contribute to the best.

I think it’s fair to say every experience brings with it an education. And the more varied the experiences, the more angles you can look at a problem from.  I’ve used this thought process to build companies, spark growth and create new revenue for stagnating organizations.
